How the service is provided

Pay through Robokassa and download the file; your receipt is sent by email.
Delivery, retention, and recovery
- The download link opens as soon as payment is confirmed.
- The paid result remains available for repeat download for 24 h after payment.
- Restore access on the Find your result page with the order number and email.
- You can delete the result before that period ends.
- File handling rules are published on the Security and Privacy pages.
Refunds and support
- If a result is unavailable through the service's fault or the service is defective, contact us for a correction, repeat service, or an applicable refund.
- Include the order number and payment email; contact us by email or Telegram.
- Requests are reviewed within up to 10 calendar days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
